Introducing auras:altis - ascending into the expansive, beautifully hybird dimensions of modern hardware synthesizers.

This new release in the 'auras' project was born from the Novation Summit synthesizer and was sampled from custom presets designed in collaboration by Venus Theory and Jason Graves. Altis provides a palette of rich, soaring textures to lift your compositions or add a sense of immersive depth and subtle texture. This instrument is built on 25 multisampled sound sources, each designed to evoke a sense of modern, evolving, and vast cinematic space.

The core of Altis is its dual-layer setup that lets you blend any two of the 25 sources to sculpt new soundscapes, evolving pads, and complex, harmonic movements. With the latest version of Decent Sampler, you can now choose your sources to experiment or design new patches on the fly with the 'Source Select' knobs. This library ships with 20 handcrafted presets (as well as an 'init' preset for your own ideas) to get you started exploring contemporary cinematic synths that breathe a little bit of that 'hardware sauce' into your scores or projects.

As always, it includes the signature 'auras' engine with controls for expression, dynamics, filtering, and flexible effects like reverb and delay, giving you the power to shape your creations from subtle ambient washes to monumental, soaring backdrops...or just a distorted mess of epic reverb mush. Whatever, it's up to you.
